Bayelsa Guber: MMN Promises Legal Action If APC is found on Ballot

The Governorship candidate of the Masses Movement of Nigeria (MMN) in the forthcoming Bayelsa State Governorship election, Mr. Okiah Jones Daminola has promised to institute a legal action against the electoral umpire if All Progressive Congress (APC) name is found on the ballot paper in the forthcoming election.
According to him, since INEC dropped some political parties from the Bayelsa state governorship race because their deputy governorship candidates were either underaged or did not meet up certain other requirements; he does not see the reason for which INEC cannot remove APC from the ballot when a competent court has disqualified APC deputy governorship candidate.

Hear him:
"I am a governorship candidate in the forthcoming election.
If I find out that the APC is on the ballot paper then I am heading to court immediately. INEC dropped two or more political parties from the governorship 2019 election of Bayelsa State because their deputy governorship candidates were either underaged or did not meet up certain other requirements.
I don't see any reason for which INEC cannot remove APC from the ballot when a competent court has disqualified the deputy governorship candidate.
I will certainly head to court if that happens."
